Wake Up To The Future Of Football

The women's game is about to take over. After the Lionesses brought the Euros home in 2022, last summer was all about whether the European Champions could take on the rest of the world.

Sports Direct wanted to get the young fans and players excited for a World Cup being held on the other side of the world. How? Hit the obvious drawback (weird kick off times) head on and turn it into a reason to celebrate.

There were also concerns the distance would leave fans in the UK feeling detached from a game that many feel already doesn't get the attention it deserves. To raise awareness of the women's game in this country, we created a mini doc series that told the stories of three heroes at three different levels of the game. Me and my mate Joseff made the episodes had a budget of £250 to work with, you wouldn't know it though.
